RETURN POLICY

At KF Fashion Ltd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure your peace of mind. Please read the following guidelines and instructions for returns:

Eligibility:

  • You may return your item(s) within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Intimate apparel, swimwear, and accessories (such as earrings) are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons, unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.

How to Initiate a Return:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at info@kffashionltd.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for the return.
  2. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and any additional instructions.
  3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, along with any accessories or documentation included. Attach the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please note that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item(s) received were damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item(s) on our website.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a replacement or a refund as quickly as possible.
